Protected downloads and updates

  • Improved Installer and update downloads verify your active account access on the server and use download links that expire after five minutes.
  • Fixed Removed the download page's demo bypass. Release files are served through the authenticated download service.
  • Improved Earlier BETA builds need a one-time signed-in installer upgrade. From 2.8.8 onward, the in-panel updater requests authenticated download links.
  • Unchanged Cutting, sync and Zoom engines retain the same behaviour as 2.8.7.

Clearer updates, familiar MultiCam

  • Fixed Updates recognise when Premiere has fully quit, so background Adobe helpers no longer leave installation waiting.
  • Improved The panel shows download progress and separate verification, quit-Premiere, installation and completion states. Repeated clicks cannot start duplicate installers.
  • Improved Compatible BETA installations receive optional update offers in the panel. Download, save your project, quit Premiere when prompted and wait for installation to finish before reopening.
  • Improved The previous MultiCam logo is restored and the experimental 720p test-upscale option is removed.

Better cuts, cleaner timelines and stronger highlights

  • Improved Build-ups and drops now get more intentional pacing, with stronger drop entry and post-drop coverage across supported dance genres.
  • New Camera Mix presets can be combined with per-camera weights; equal weights now rotate through available cameras instead of clustering angles.
  • Fixed Generated edits no longer leave black gaps between clips, and camera angles remain on separate Premiere video tracks for easier manual changes.
  • Improved Intensity, Variety and DJ/Crowd controls now use clear 0–100 steps, with live camera-share percentages that always total 100%.
  • New Zooms can be enabled per camera, so static BOH or wide cameras can be excluded while Deck and FOH angles still receive movement.
  • New Highlights adds a 90-second option, optional recording ranges and drop-aware framing that keeps longer build-ups before the impact.
  • Improved Generate and Highlights reviews are more compact, show the full timeline more clearly and let you audition planned moments before writing them.
  • Fixed Existing synced timelines stay protected, stopped or failed jobs clear correctly, and split A1 recordings are analysed as one continuous master.

Secure offline access

  • New A successful online licence check gives the activated Mac a signed offline pass for up to 3 days.
  • Fixed Generate now checks the signed pass, device, expiry and clock state, so staying offline cannot extend access.
  • Improved The installer guide now covers the exact macOS “Not Opened” prompt, right-click Open route and Privacy & Security fallback.

Current beta workflow

  • New Six-step workflow with Highlights enabled: select clip length and count, rank by energy or even spread, and write a new HIGHLIGHTS timeline.
  • New Horizontal and vertical sequence presets at 25 and 23.98 fps.
  • Improved Manual-sync fallback, stoppable generate jobs and clearer build diagnostics.
  • Improved Finishing zooms can target the whole sequence or the current Premiere In/Out range.

Feedback-driven beta edits

  • New Approve a generated cut to improve the selected style.
  • New Describe what felt wrong, submit feedback and re-edit from the result card.
  • Improved Style controls now include learned substyles, intensity, variety, DJ/crowd balance and beat offset.
  • Improved Short test builds and booth/back-of-house prioritisation make iteration faster.
