Privacy Policy

The short version: your footage never leaves your machine. MultiCam edits 100% locally — even offline. We only handle the account data needed to run your subscription and license.

1. What we collect

To run your account we store your email address, subscription plan and status, license key, and the devices you've activated (name, activation date, last-seen time). We record a count of edits generated per period to enforce plan limits.

2. What we don't collect

We never receive, upload or store your video footage, audio, or project files. All editing happens locally on your computer. There are no cloud round-trips for your media.

3. How we use your data

To authenticate you and apply your license.
To enforce plan limits (camera angles, monthly edits, devices).
To improve sync and generate quality using aggregate, non-identifying performance metrics.

4. Storage & security

Account data is stored with our infrastructure provider behind row-level security, so you can only ever read your own records. Owner-level analytics are restricted to authorised accounts.

5. Your rights

You can deactivate devices from your account at any time, and request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
