What is the CEVYLO standalone app?
It is a separate multicamera editing application in development for DJ sets and live music. The workflow brings together media import, sync review, customisable draft cuts, individual shot editing and Highlight selection in a dedicated workspace. “CEVYLO standalone app” is a provisional description, not its final product name.
Is it replacing the MultiCam Premiere plugin?
No. MultiCam is the existing CEVYLO plugin that runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro and remains live and available. The standalone app is a separate product in development. You can explore the plugin, view its pricing or download it today.
What can I customise?
The current development build includes manual BPM and beats per shot, intensity, variety, DJ/crowd preference, camera roles and exclusions, basic centre zooms, individual shot changes and locked shots. You can select Highlight ranges and landscape, portrait or square output shapes. A fully customisable workflow is the direction; further controls are still being developed.
Do existing Premiere plugin subscribers get access?
Yes. People already subscribed to the Multicam Premiere plugin will receive full access to the standalone app when it releases. Joining the waitlist requests updates; it does not change your subscription or activate access today.
Does the app automatically analyse music?
The current standalone development build generates a draft from the BPM you enter. Automatic music, energy and section analysis is still in development. The released Premiere plugin has its own workflow and capabilities.
Can I finish an edit in Premiere Pro, Resolve or Final Cut Pro?
Experimental XML/FCPXML exports are being developed for these editors. Creating an editor file is not the same as a validated import or finished render. Native editor checks are still pending, so compatibility is not yet promised.
When will it launch, on which platforms, and at what price?
A launch date, supported launch platforms and standalone pricing have not been announced. The app is still in development and is not available as a public release. Join the waitlist for development and release updates.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
We save your email and consent for updates specifically about the standalone app, alongside the signup date and source. You will not be added to unrelated marketing lists or charged. You can withdraw by emailing [email protected]. Joining is not a beta invitation or a guarantee of early access.
